Take some time out to move your body with simple yoga-inspired stretches for the neck, back, shoulders and legs. No pushing, forcing or complicated words, just a chance to stretch, breathe and relax.

How to join
The Saturday classes are delivered live online via Zoom. You will need a device with Zoom installed, and a clear, safe space to move around in.
You can choose to have your camera on or off.
